Program Overview

This AAS program in Specialty Desserts & Breads trains students in the art and science of baking, pastry making, and other food preparation methods. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice, students develop advanced skills in creating artisanal breads, pastries, confections, chocolates, and more. The program culminates in a 90-credit degree, preparing graduates for various culinary careers, including baker, pastry chef, chocolatier, and culinary entrepreneur.
