Personality, Ability and Individual Differences
This module examines issues such as personality, intelligence, emotions, and persuasion, providing a critical understanding of the ways in which humans are likely to behave in certain situations.
Distance Leadership and Virtual Teams
This module critically examines the evidence base for distance leadership practices as well as working in virtual teams and asks what organisations can do to enhance distance leadership and virtual team working.
Organisational Strategy

Marketing Strategy
