What happens on the course?
The course is designed to provide both academic and vocational learning structure to equip students with the requisite knowledge, skills, and behavior needed as quantity surveyors to transfer into the world of work.
Modules are designed around authentic practice providing an opportunity for real-life learning and application of theory to practice. You will undertake individual and group assignments, to gain knowledge and understanding on topical and core quantity surveying practices and innovative practices in the Built Environment such as BIM.

Entry Requirements
- 96 UCAS points
- A Levels - grades CCC / BCD
- BTEC L3 Extended Diploma or OCR Cambridge L3 Technical Extended Diploma - grades MMM
- Access to HE Diploma (60 credits) of which a minimum of 45 must be at Level 3 (96 UCAS point equivalence, minimum 45 credits at merit)
