Program Overview

The Welder - Pre Apprenticeship Stream Program at St. Lawrence College is a 20-week program that provides participants with the skills and knowledge needed to continue in an apprenticeship in welding. The program includes three micro-credentials in Workforce Preparedness, Digital Literacy, and Communication, and a paid placement. Upon completion, participants may earn upwards of $57 per hour in Canada and receive the professional designation RSE (Red Seal Endorsed).
