BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics

The BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics is a four-year undergraduate program that combines academic and supervised practice experience to qualify graduates as licensed dietitians in the UAE. This program is people-oriented, science-focused, and evidence-based, providing students with an understanding of nutritional sciences for the application of treating nutrition-related diseases.

The curriculum includes an integrated supervised practice component of at least 1200 hours with affiliated organizations in the UAE.

• Minimum Grade: 80% for MOE Advance, 90% for MOE General, 80% for MOE ADEK, 90% for UAE Literary Streams High School, 80% for UAE Science Streams High School, 80% for American/Canadian, 80% for British Curriculum or IGCSE/GCE, 50% for Indian/Pakistani/Bangladesh, 24 points for International Baccalaureate
• Language Proficiency: English EmSAT 1100, IELTS 5, TOEFL IBT 61, TOEFL CBT 173, ITP 500, Cambridge 154-161, IESOL/SESOL B1/B2, Pearson PTE 36-41
• Remedial Course: Not Applicable for MOE Advance, Remedial Physics for MOE General, Not Applicable for MOE ADEK

Tuition Fees Structure

The total fees for the program are AED 241,140. The tuition fees structure includes:

• General Education & Degree: AED 58,520
• Degree, Majors & Research: AED 182,620 The tuition fee calculations are based on the assumption that elective courses will be taken with the College that the student is taking their major with.
