Program Overview

The Airline Fleet Planning Professional Development Course at City, University of London equips participants with the analytical techniques and strategic approaches used by airlines in building their fleet plans. Through lectures, group discussions, case studies, and workshops, participants gain insights into stakeholder management, aircraft selection, competitive positioning, and negotiation ground rules. Upon completion, participants will be able to design and utilize effective processes for airline fleet planning and develop persuasive presentations of fleet proposals to stakeholders.
