Assessment:

• Graded OSCE: Participants will be presented with a cardiology scenario specific to their area of practice and will be evaluated on their clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Written Reflection: A 1,500-word critical reflection paper analyzing the OSCE experience and incorporating relevant learning points.
