EU Home Students:
- A good undergraduate degree (upper second-class or above) in a relevant subject, such as Psychology, Linguistics, Speech and Language Therapy, or Education.
- Applicants with a lower second-class degree or equivalent may be considered if they have significant relevant experience working with children with language disorders.
- All applicants must also meet the language proficiency requirements specified below.
International Overseas Students:
- A good undergraduate degree (equivalent to a UK upper second-class degree) in a relevant subject.
- Applicants who have completed their undergraduate degree outside of the UK will need to demonstrate that their qualification is equivalent to a UK upper second-class degree. This can be done by providing a transcript of their academic record along with an official letter of recognition from the National Recognition Information Centre for the United Kingdom (UK ENIC).
