Program Overview

The My Home Life Leadership Support Programme is a 12-month program designed to support care home managers in developing their leadership skills and fostering a compassionate and dignified culture within their care settings. Through workshops, action learning sets, and whole group discussions, participants gain essential knowledge and strategies to drive transformational change, improve staff wellbeing, and enhance resident and family quality of life.
