Program Overview

This five-year BSc (Hons) Brewing and Distilling program combines engineering, science, and industry experience to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of brewing and distilling principles and technologies. Through hands-on experience in the on-site brewery, distillery, and laboratory, students develop practical skills and expertise, preparing them for successful careers in the brewing, distilling, and allied industries. The program also includes an industrial placement, providing students with valuable real-world experience.
