Program Overview
The Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (B.A.A.S.) It offers two professional development concentrations: Human Resource Development and Organizational Leadership. Students complete core curriculum requirements, a capstone course, and a multicultural course.

Occupational Specialization (up to 36 hours):
- Field-specific coursework from an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree or credit for technical/formal training courses (active-duty military or veterans).
Professional Development Concentrations (36 hours):
- Two 18-hour concentrations:
- Concentration I: Human Resource Development (HRDV)
- Concentration II: Organizational Leadership (OR) or General Business
Core Curriculum Requirements (44 hours):
- Approved Texas Tech courses deemed appropriate by the B.A.A.S.
Capstone and Multicultural Requirement (6 hours):
- 3-hour multicultural course and the capstone course, INTS 4351.
Communication Literacy Requirement:
- Courses: HRDV 3308, HRDV 4301, and INTS 4351.
