Program Overview

The Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management (RHIM) B.A.A.S. program is designed for individuals with an A.A.S. in Culinary Sciences or Hospitality Management. It combines culinary or hospitality credits with additional coursework in hospitality business, communication literacy, and a 400-hour industry internship. Graduates are equipped with the knowledge and skills to thrive in diverse careers within the hospitality industry, including management, event planning, and marketing. The program emphasizes developing strong communication skills and is recognized by the industry for its quality and relevance.
