Program Overview

The Master of Property Practice (MPropPrac) is a 1.5-year full-time or 3-year part-time program offered by the University of Auckland. It equips graduates for careers in property management, development, valuation, consultancy, and commercial agency. The program is delivered fully online and includes courses in management, marketing, sustainable construction, planning, development, law, governance, property market dynamics, investment, finance, valuation, property technology, and professional practice.
