• Primary and Intermediate teachers may be eligible for Ministry of Education Tertiary Fees subsidies for specific courses.
• 120-point pathway: For those with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, Educational Leadership, or equivalent, plus three years' experience in teaching or a related profession.

• 180-point pathway: For those with an undergraduate degree or graduate diploma in education, plus three years' experience in teaching or a related profession.
A fast-track option for those aiming to advance their leadership career directly from undergraduate or graduate level studies, with both research and non-research options available.
