Program Content:
- Hands-on technical and operational skillsets in contemporary Innovative Digital Delivery and construction technologies.
- Develops research and management skills in standard and unpredictable construction scenarios.
Structure:
- 8 modules.
- 1 year full-time, 2 years part-time.
Optional Exit Point:
- BIM Principles for New Practice and Heritage: Explores the use of BIM for both new builds and renovation/maintenance of heritage buildings.
- Techno-preneurship and Lean Construction: Develops entrepreneurial and lean management skills for the construction industry.
- Construction Law and Finance: Covers legal aspects of construction projects, financial management, and cost estimation.

- A 2:2 honours degree or above in an appropriate construction discipline (e.g. architecture, architectural technology, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, surveying etc.)
- Membership of a relevant professional body.
International Applicants:
- A 2:2 honours degree or above in an appropriate construction discipline (e.g. architecture, architectural technology, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, surveying etc.)
- Membership of a relevant professional body and 3 years of relevant industrial experience.
Relevant Qualifications or Work Experience:
- If you have relevant qualifications or work experience, such as a professional qualification in a construction-related field or experience working on construction projects, you may be able to count this towards your entry requirements.
