BSNS4502 Team Leadership

  • Focuses on developing knowledge, skills, and attributes for leading effective teams.
  • Explores various leadership styles, communication techniques, and behavioral aspects relevant for leadership roles.

BSNS4503 Managing Teams

  • Aims to develop knowledge, skills, and attributes for team motivation and workflow management.
  • Focuses on factors influencing team objectives, workflow management strategies, and effective delegation techniques.

BSNS4504 Setting and Meeting Objectives

  • Aims to equip learners with the knowledge and skills to manage workflow and respond effectively to performance and workflow variances.
