Program Overview

The Anthropology with Foundation program at Durham University is a one-year foundation program designed for students from under-represented groups who have the potential to succeed in higher education but lack the necessary qualifications. The program provides students with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully transition to the full undergraduate degree in Anthropology. The program employs a variety of teaching methods including lectures, tutorials, workshops, and practical classes. Emphasis is placed on developing confidence and providing individual support through small class sizes and regular access to academic advisors.
