Program Overview


The University at Albany's Master of Science in Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity is a 36-credit program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to excel in the field of digital forensics and cybersecurity. The program offers five concentrations: Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, Cyber Operations, Risk, Policy & Compliance, and Health Security & Privacy. Graduates can pursue careers in a variety of fields, including digital forensics analyst, cybersecurity analyst, security consultant, incident responder, security engineer, policy analyst, and compliance officer. The program is accredited by the National Security Agency (NSA) and is offered on a full-time or part-time basis.
