Alternative Entry Requirements:
- Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL): Applicants who may not have traditional entry criteria but possess relevant experience or the ability to pursue the course successfully can apply through the APL process. This process helps students leverage their work and life experience for admission or exemptions from specific course parts. Two forms of APL exist: Accreditation of Prior Certificated Learning (APCL) and Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL). They can also learn more about the Salford Alternative Entry Scheme. An IELTS score of 6.0 (no element below 5.5) is proof of this proficiency, however, the University accepts a range of equivalent qualifications.
