Introduction

The course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the commercial property market, including valuation, investment, and management. Students will develop analytical skills, learn about legal, economic, planning, technical, and facilities management factors in property management decision-making, and appreciate the environmental considerations of real estate development and management.
