Program Overview

This 120-credit hour program prepares students for teaching German at the secondary level. It includes 34 credit hours of major requirements, 25 credit hours of teacher licensure requirements, and 61 credit hours of general education and electives. Students will gain a strong foundation in German language, literature, and culture, as well as the pedagogical skills necessary for effective teaching.
