Program Description

This comprehensive program integrates rigorous theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical application. Students gain proficiency in essential areas:

  • Programming Languages and Tools:
  • Python, R, SQL.
  • Big Data Technologies:
  • Apache Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases.
  • Machine Learning and Data Mining Algorithms:
  • Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Deep Learning.
  • Statistics and Statistical Modeling:
  • Regression Analysis, Bayesian Inference, Time Series Analysis.
  • Optimization Techniques for Business Analytics.
  • Business Communication and Project Management.

Students also acquire valuable industry experience through internship opportunities and capstone projects, enabling them to apply their theoretical knowledge to real-world business scenarios.

The curriculum comprises 120 credit hours, divided into general/basic education requirements (37), core courses (57), business analytics concentration courses (18), and free electives (8).

  • Year 2: Students delve into advanced programming, databases, statistical methods, and introductory business courses like project management and organizations.
