Program Overview

The Airport Operations course is a five-day program designed for managers to gain insights and skills in airport operations. Participants will learn how airports function, improve information flows for efficiency, and understand key operations such as airside, terminal, and landside operations, as well as emergency and contingency planning. The course is taught by industry experts and Cranfield staff, with workshops for knowledge application.
