Program Overview

The Birkbeck Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy with Children and Adolescents MSc is a 3-year part-time program that provides students with the knowledge and skills to work as professional psychodynamic counselors with children and adolescents. The program includes modules on basic clinical and observational skills, psychodynamic theory and practice, and group relations conferences. Students also complete a supervised counselling placement in Years 2 and 3.
