Program Overview

This MA and Postgraduate Diploma program in Couple and Individual Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy, offered in collaboration with Tavistock Relationships, provides the skills and knowledge for a career as a psychodynamic therapist. Through experiential learning and personal therapy, students develop an analytical understanding of self and interpersonal dynamics, preparing them for accreditation with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). The program includes core modules on psychoanalytic thought, skills, couple theory, and clinical practice, with assessment methods including process recordings, papers, and a dissertation (for the MA option).
