Program Overview

The Outdoor Leadership Minor at York College of Pennsylvania equips students with foundational knowledge and skills for leadership in outdoor contexts. Through hands-on experience, industry certifications, and a culminating expedition leadership course, students develop leadership abilities, gain expertise in adventure programming and ropes course facilitation, and enhance their resumes for careers in the outdoor recreation industry.
