Entry Requirements


Domestic Applicants:

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, with a minimum average of 65%.
  • Completion of the following courses or their equivalents:
  • Grade 12 English (ENG4C or equivalent)
  • Grade 12 Mathematics (MDM4U or equivalent)
  • One additional grade 12 U or M level English or mathematics course
  • Two additional grade 12 U or M level courses in any subject.

International Applicants:

  • Completion of an international secondary school leaving certificate with a minimum overall grade average of 70% (depending on country of origin and institution) or equivalent.
  • Proof of English proficiency with a minimum score in one of the following tests:
  • IELTS: 6.5 overall with no band score below 6.0
  • TOEFL iBT: 88 overall with no sub-score below 20
  • CAE: 176 overall

Additional Requirements:

  • For all applicants: Successful completion of an interview.
