Program Overview

Conestoga College's Reception and Customer Service program equips students with the skills to excel in customer-facing roles. Graduates are eligible for positions such as receptionist, administrative assistant, and customer service representative, with opportunities in various industries. The program is eligible for OSAP funding and offers numerous scholarships and bursaries.
