Program Overview

Goldsmiths' Graduate Certificate Foundation in Art and Psychodynamic Thinking is a one-year part-time program that explores the principles and practices of Art Psychotherapy in the UK. Through interactive learning, participants gain a theoretical and practical understanding of the field, including the application of psychodynamic theory and art-making in therapeutic processes. The program emphasizes social justice issues and the intersectionality of social factors in therapy. Upon completion, students earn a Graduate Certificate carrying 45 credits at Level 6.
