The Agile Management Lab is a 3-day immersive program that provides a critical view of agile opportunities to adapt an organization to the new economy needs. The main objective is to understand Agile practices as the main driver for companies competing in a fast-changing business environment.

3 Full Immersion Days

• Morning Session: Informal talks about Agile, learning from Agile leaders, and interacting with other participants and professionals.
• Daily Guest: Meeting an expert in Agile management who introduces the opportunities of this technology.
• Lunch Break: Lunch with digital leaders in beautiful locations of Barcelona.
• Afternoon Session: Visiting a top company in Barcelona to listen to their team talking about advanced Agile strategies, management tools, and methodologies.
• Evening Activities: Recapping and organizing information gathered throughout the day, followed by cultural and social activities.

Outcome: Mentorship Session

• Practical Outcome: Developing practical skills to apply in your own workplace.
• Mentorship Session: A remote mentorship session on week 4 to validate and get feedback on your framework.
