The Innovation Leadership Lab is a 3-day immersive program that provides a critical view on innovation, equipping participants with the knowledge, abilities, and skills to identify new opportunities and transform them into desirable, feasible, and viable solutions in a corporate environment.

Program Structure

3 Full Immersion Days

• Morning Session: Informal talks about innovation, learning from innovation leaders, and interacting with other participants and professionals.
• Daily Guest: Meet an expert in innovation management who introduces opportunities for innovation.
• Lunch Break: Lunch with digital leaders in beautiful locations in Barcelona.
• Afternoon Session: Visit a top company in Barcelona to learn about advanced innovation strategies, management tools, and methodologies.
• Evening Activities: Recap and organize information gathered during the day, followed by cultural and social activities.

Outcome: Mentorship Session

• Practical Outcome: Develop an innovation strategy aligned with the digital transformation goals of your company.
• Remote Mentorship Session: Validate and receive feedback on your framework on week 4.

Methodology

• Intensive Program: Combines advanced training methods, case studies, and meetings with digital and innovation leaders.
• Keynote Speakers: Professionals, digital leaders, and innovation leaders empower participants through their experience and vision.
