What You Will Learn

During this course, you will learn the basics to drive digital innovation, understanding human-digital interaction and focusing on digital product user value generation. You will learn:

• to identify and describe new business opportunities and digital products based on user needs
• how to navigate design thinking and discover how to synthesize ideas collaboratively
• how to explore the impact of human psychology
• how to explore behavioral design and cognitive ergonomics
• how to incorporate empathy as part of the digital product design process
• how to use different user-centered research techniques to gain an in-depth understanding of user expectations and needs
• how to define user personas, empathy maps, user journeys, and user flows
• how to define Minimum Lovable Products

Specialization Course

This program gives you access to the Master in User Experience Design, taking advantage of part of the credits already done during the course.
