Overview
The Rethink HR Lab is a 3 days immersive program that brings you the tools to manage talent effectively in digital transformation environments.
You will understand the importance of shifting to digital models, which depends on values such as speed, flexibility, productivity and innovation to operate in the digital economy. You will also learn how to align the right people’s mindset with those values.
During this program, you will work on how to implement change management strategies to develop agile structures that fits in a tailor made digital culture.
The Rethink HR Lab will also allow you to discover what the key HR Tech trends are and to learn from international perspectives and case studies.

Program Structure
3 Full Immersion Days
- Every day you will experience different immersive HR-related activities
Morning session
The day will start by stimulating your creativity with informal talks about HR. You will learn from HR leaders while you interact with other participants and professionals who will share vision, ideas and experiences about winner HR strategies.
Daily guest
Every day, you will meet an expert in HR strategy who will introduce you to the backstage of HR innovation industry.
Lunch Break
We will have lunch with digital leaders while enjoying the beautiful locations of Barcelona.
Afternoon session
After lunch, we will visit a top company in Barcelona where we will have the chance to listen to their Team talking about the most advanced HR strategies and methodologies.
Evening activities
Right after the afternoon session, we will recap and organize all the information that we gathered through the day. This short activity will take place in locations we can visit for cultural and social activities.
Outcome. Mentorship session
This program is designed to get a practical outcome for your company. You will get the skills and tools needed to build and adapt the HR Strategy of your company that permits to lead its change to the new digital reality.
On a week 4 you will have a remote mentorship session to validate and to get feedback on your framework.

- 3. Interview : the Admissions Team will arrange an interview to understand how your profile could match with the Master.
- 4. Admissions review : Our Admissions Board will review your application. We will notify you the Admissions Board decision in the next 48 hours.
- 5. Enrollment : if you are admitted we’ll guide you through the next steps to join BTS.
