Program Overview
Introduction to the Management (Human Resources) MSc
The Management (Human Resources) MSc will help students study HR within a managerial perspective and undertake specialist studies in the management of talent, reward, and performance. During the course, students will work on case studies and live client projects, with an option for paid work experience to put the latest academic thinking and business strategies into practice.
Entry Criteria
- Degree and experience: Normally a 2:2 honours degree or equivalent is required. Work experience is useful but not essential. Applicants with non-standard entry qualifications will be considered.
- English language requirements: IELTS 6.5 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each element.

The course is designed for graduates of any subject with or without work experience. It is a one-year, full-time course that includes case studies, live client projects, company visits, and the option of paid work experience.
