Program Overview

Marshall University's Combined BS/MS in Athletic Training program is a five-year, 3+2 plan that allows students to earn both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Athletic Training. The program is fully accredited by CAATE and prepares students to sit for the national BOC exam. Students gain hands-on experience through clinical rotations and work with a variety of athletes, including high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Graduates are qualified for careers as certified athletic trainers, clinical athletic trainers, and other related fields.
