Program Overview

The Human Resource Management course at RGU, accredited by CIPD at Level 7, equips students with the knowledge and skills to become effective HR professionals or line managers. The program emphasizes both theoretical understanding and practical application of HR concepts, preparing students for managing people and human resources in a global context. Students can choose from elective modules to personalize their learning and have the opportunity to complete a 12-month placement as part of the Extended Master's route.
