Program Overview

This online leadership course provides students with the knowledge and tools to evaluate strategic leadership challenges and develop their own leadership skills. Mapped to the Chartered Management Institute's Strategic Leadership module, the course offers optional CMI assessment for additional credits. Students engage in interactive online learning, including lectures, videos, and real-time tutorials, with support from experienced faculty. The course emphasizes the development of leadership abilities, strategies for building relationships, and personal development issues related to leadership.
