This one-week residential course, offered at the Ambleside campus, focuses on key management areas of strategic thinking and decision-making, sustainable supply chain management, and the long-term vision of the organization.

Course Objectives

• Gain a unique University Award for the hospitality industry.
• Have the opportunity to gain further accreditation from City and Guilds.
• Study a residential course at the Ambleside campus in the Lake District.
• Study hotel management in an internationally recognized tourism destination.

Entry Requirements

• A 1st or 2nd class honors degree, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Applications are subject to the completion of a successful interview with the Programme Leader.

Fees and Funding

• Tuition fees are to be confirmed.
• Tuition Fees Policy: Tuition fees are set annually and are subject to review each year. The University may raise tuition fees in the second or subsequent years of a course, in line with inflation and/or the maximum permitted by law or government policy.
