Program Overview

The Doctor of Professional Studies (DProf) in Negotiated Management Specialism is designed for high-performing professionals to stimulate organizational, national, or international development and contribute to wider debates in their field. Participants engage in innovative research solutions to tackle challenging circumstances facing contemporary organizations and develop leading practitioner-researchers who inspire strategic change. The program is delivered through a combination of group workshops, seminars, an annual research conference, and independent self-directed study.
