Wichita State’s undergraduate certificate in fundamentals of information technology equips students with the skill set needed for successful careers in the fast-growing information technology sector, including: cybersecurity, networking, computer hardware, internet of things, operating systems and more.
Curriculum
This 12-credit-hour certificate is comprised of four courses:
- Cybersecurity Awareness
- Applied Computing and Networks I
- Applied Computing and Networks II
- Applied Programming and Scripting
Enrollment
To add this certificate to your plan of study:
- Log into the myWSU portal, find the Student Tools box (center of the page) and click "Change my Major/Minor."
- Click continue (this will show your current major and minor).
