Overview
Wichita State’s graduate certificate in mathematical foundations of data analytics equips students with skills and experience in solving an open-ended, real-world data analysis problem—which they can apply in a wide range of data-related careers in the public, private and nonprofit sectors.
Curriculum
The certificate consists of 15 credit hours, including two required courses—Introduction to Data Analytics and Data Analytics Capstone—and three electives based on your academic and career goals.
Admission to the program
There are two paths to admission to the program:
- For those already enrolled in graduate school, simply complete the Declaration of Intent to Pursue a Graduate Certificate Form.
- Prospective students should apply using the Graduate School application for admission.
