This program is designed for professionals seeking to further their knowledge and understanding of the skills required to successfully complete projects. It exposes students to the latest practices and standards in project management, based on the book A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) —Seventh Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2021. The program is offered both in-class and online.
Objectives:
- Provide participants with a strong understanding of the fundamental principles and practices of project management.
- Equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage projects, from initiation to closure.
- Help participants develop the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Prepare participants for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam.
- Provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for licensed professionals.

- Program Structure: The Project Management Certificate Program is a 12-week course that covers the entire life cycle of a project.
- Course Schedule: Each module lasts one week, starting on Monday at 12:01 AM and ending the following Sunday at 11:59 PM Central Time.
