The Bachelor of Science in Lifestyle Community Management at the University of Central Florida prepares students to lead vibrant communities where people live, connect, and thrive. This interdisciplinary program combines coursework in hospitality, healthcare, and gerontology to help students build the knowledge and leadership skills needed to manage wellness-centered environments.

Internship
Students must complete three internships for a total of 3 credits.
Restricted Electives
Students must complete 12 credits of restricted electives, choosing from a list of approved courses.
Capstone
The capstone course is Leadership and Strategic Management in the Lifestyle Community and Senior Living Industry, worth 3 credits.

The total undergraduate credit hours required for the program is 120.
Additional Requirements
- Final exams will be given during Exam Week only.
- Transfer students must take a minimum of 30 credit hours in Hospitality Management core classes or restricted electives at UCF.
- A 2.0 UCF GPA is required for graduation.
- 42 semester hours of upper division credit must be completed.
- 30 of the last 39 hours of course work must be completed in residency at UCF.
- A maximum of 45 hours of extension, correspondence, CLEP, Credit by Exam, and Armed Forces credits are permitted.
Advising Notes
Students must earn a "C" (2.0) or better in each course listed in the common program prerequisites, the basic and advanced cores, and the restricted electives.
