Program Overview

The Louisiana Service and Leadership (LASAL) minor at Ogden Honors College requires 21 hours of coursework, including core experiences, Louisiana-focused courses, and a capstone experience. Students must maintain good standing and a 3.0 GPA in the minor courses. The minor prepares students for leadership roles in Louisiana through a focus on critical analysis, civic engagement, and Louisiana history and government.
