Program Overview

The Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences at LSU equips students with specialized knowledge in a chosen area, fosters interdisciplinary understanding, and culminates in original research leading to a publishable dissertation. Students choose from three priority areas: Biophysical Systems, Environmental Planning and Management, or Environmental Assessment and Analysis.
