Program Overview

This program prepares students to work as Adult-Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioners. Students will learn to manage health problems of acutely and critically ill individuals across the adult lifespan in different settings, such as critical care units or hospitalist services. Graduates are eligible to apply for certification from the American Association of Critical Care Nurses or the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
