Program Overview

This two-year online Post Graduate Diploma in Mindfulness Based Practice and Research provides students with a deep understanding of mindfulness theory and practice. Students develop a personal mindfulness practice in year one and engage in research projects in year two. The program combines theoretical knowledge with reflective assignments and assessments to enhance students' skills in applying mindfulness in various settings, including healthcare, education, and personal life.
