MSc in Personal and Management Coaching

The MSc in Personal and Management Coaching is a two-year, part-time program designed to equip graduates with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become professional coaches. The program consists of two years of study. In Year 1, students complete the Postgraduate Diploma (PG Dip) in Personal and Management Coaching, which includes modules such as:

• AD6016: Research Methodology and Reflective Analysis (5 credits)

In Year 2, students complete the MSc in Personal and Management Coaching, which includes a dissertation module:

Course Practicalities

The program is offered in two delivery modes:

• Delivery Mode Option 1 (Predominantly Classroom-based delivery): Students attend classes on UCC campus, Cork, on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, with occasional weekend workshops.
• Delivery Mode Option 2 (Online/Blended delivery): Students attend online classes on Monday evenings from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, with occasional weekend workshops in Cork.

Assessment is based on continuous assessment, including academic essays, reflective assignments, coaching competencies, and presentations.

The total fee for the MSc program is 10,600, with 6,800 payable in Year 1 and 3,800 payable in Year 2.
