Program Overview

The Infectious Diseases and Immunity (IDI) PhD program is a fully funded, five to six-year research program that focuses on infectious diseases and immunology from a public health perspective. Students receive a competitive monthly stipend and participate in three lab rotations during their first year. The program prepares graduates for careers in academia, government agencies, and biotechnology companies where expertise in infectious disease research is in high demand.
