Nutrition BSc (Hons) is a 3-year full-time or 4-year full-time including sandwich year undergraduate degree course offered by Kingston University London. - Contemporary Issues in Food and Nutrition (30 credits): This module explores emerging and re-emerging topics in nutrition, such as functional foods, novel foods, nutraceuticals, the interaction between nutrition and pharmacology, malnutrition, food security, genetically modified foods, food allergy, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.
- Project or Dissertation (Nutrition) (30 credits): This module allows students to conduct an independent research project in a subject of their interest, demonstrating their knowledge, understanding, application, and integration of nutrition.
